Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Digital Work by TJ website and the photography and digital-editing services provided by Travis Johnson. By engaging our services or submitting the contact form, you agree to the terms below.

Copyright Ownership

Digital Work by TJ retains the original copyright of all photographic captures and edited works unless that copyright is specifically transferred in a signed client contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a personal-use license to the delivered images and may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Remote Editing & Revisions

Remote color-correction, retouching, and photo-restoration services are delivered digitally. The number of revisions, turnaround time, and final deliverables are subject to the specific invoice agreement for each project. Any revision beyond the scope defined in the invoice may incur additional fees at the standard hourly rate.

On-Location Photography

On-location sessions are scheduled by appointment. A deposit may be required to secure a date; travel within Central Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Ocala, Citrus County) is included, with additional travel fees for locations outside the service area as agreed in the project quote.

Consent to Contact

By submitting the contact form, you consent to being contacted via phone or SMS for business purposes related to your photography or editing inquiry. You may withdraw this consent at any time by requesting to be removed from our contact list.

Payment & Cancellation

Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Deposits are non-refundable once a session or editing project is confirmed. Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Work by TJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered images or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
